- NO UNAUTHORIZED USE OF COMPANY VEHICLES -
Unauthorized use is defined as:
All time and mileage accumulated beyond the assigned transport without approval.
- NO UNAUTHORIZED USE OF COMPANY VEHICLES -
Any miles driven beyond assigned routes without a completed authorization form will be charged to the driver at $0.58 per mile and subject to disciplinary action.

Must have prior approval to use vehicle by Jodie, Chris, or Joe. All past approvals must be re-approved before use (including overnight parking)
Must complete the Vehicle Authorization Form immediately following your approved use.
